The exterior gets color bumpers, 17-inch alloy wheels, and an upgraded locking tailgate. The interior gets a host of premium touches, such as a leatherette-wrapped steering wheel, sunroof, and an upgraded Bose sound system.

It also comes with the latest driver-assist features, including blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, forward collision warning, train detection, automatic headlights, and lane-keep assist.

The power boost is complemented by four-wheel drive as standard, a 2-inch suspension lift, mechanical limited-slip differential, hill descent control, and multiple off-road drive modes.

You'll also get a little boost to the exterior with 18-inch alloy wheels, fender flares, and black bow-tie badges. There are a couple of optional extras available, including 20-inch wheels and mud-terrain tires that will really help you prevail over terrains of all kinds.

In short, Trail Boss is perfect for anyone who wants to take their off-roading game up a notch and explore the world beyond the tarmac.

Standout Features:

• Off-road suspension - A 2-inch suspension lift provides plenty of clearance for challenging trails, as well as a limited-slip differential to help you tackle those slippery surfaces.

2023 Chevy Colorado ZR2

The top-of-the-range Chevy Colorado is the ZR2, which combines excellent off-roading capabilities with some real creature comforts in the cabin.

You'll be able to tackle just about any terrain with the 3-inch suspension lift, Multimatic spool valve shocks, front and rear locking differentials, 33-inch mud-terrain tires, and steel rock rails.

The ZR2 also looks more aggressive, with aluminum skid plates and unique front and rear bumpers.

Inside, you'll find power-adjustable heated front seats, dual-zone climate control, a tilt and telescoping steering column, and auto-dimming mirrors.

If there is a drawback to the ZR2, it's that you cannot take the advanced trailering package because of the suspension lift, but you can take the special-edition Desert Boss package, adding in a sports bar with off-road lights, bead-lock-capable wheels, and unique black badging.

Overall, the ZR2 is an excellent choice for anyone looking to take their off-road adventures to the next level. It has all of the luxury features that you need, plus plenty of rugged style.
