I don't have any issue with the Service department in a whole. I just purchased a 2024 Silverado "Used" from the dealership (58,000 miles). I was very disappointed to find out after the purchase that I had to replace both wiper blades because they were torn almost to the point of scratching the windshield & the washer fluid tank was completely empty. As a long standing customer of this dealership i expect a vehicle to have general maintenance & inspection complete. Thank you, Chris Wright

Service was great. Morgan and her team are why I use bookwalter. If I could recommend anything it'd be to return to the previous owner sales mentality. I sat in showroom waiting for service. 3 salesman never spoke or asked if I needed anything or how I was doing. Thats why the truck being serviced wasn't purchased at bookwalter. The oil change was very quick. The young man who came out to tell me that the car was done was very polite. He informed me that my tires were not in good condition and offered me the sale for Good Year tires. He was not pushy but polite as he pointed out the need. I explained at the desk that I needed to review my schedule before making an appointment. When I returned home I called and the young lady who answered gave me a time that worked for me. Thanks!
