Service was great. Morgan and her team are why I use bookwalter. If I could recommend anything it'd be to return to the previous owner sales mentality. I sat in showroom waiting for service. 3 salesman never spoke or asked if I needed anything or how I was doing. Thats why the truck being serviced wasn't purchased at bookwalter. Just want the old sales team back
