Service was great. Morgan and her team are why I use bookwalter. If I could recommend anything it'd be to return to the previous owner sales mentality. I sat in showroom waiting for service. 3 salesman never spoke or asked if I needed anything or how I was doing. Thats why the truck being serviced wasn't purchased at bookwalter. Just want the old sales team back

The best experience I have had buying a car in my 80 years. One slight problem with a paint blemish which the GM assured me would be corrected.
